These terms cover the public site, Genesis accounts, self-service paid access, linked-wallet payment flows, and governed product capabilities. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these terms.

Using Genesis

Your account identifies you. It does not create unlimited permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected-wallet access secure and for using Genesis only for lawful purposes and for systems, data, accounts, and actions you are authorized to access.

Accounts

Do not share credentials in a way that defeats account controls or attempt to impersonate another user. Genesis may refuse a request when identity, consent, paid access, or required permission cannot be established.

Connected services

Connecting a provider authorizes only the permissions and actions you explicitly approve. You remain responsible for complying with that provider's terms and for having authority over the connected account and data.

Governed actions

AI output, identity, payment, paid access, and permission to perform an outside action are separate states. A recommendation or successful payment does not by itself authorize an unrelated action on another system.

Prohibited use

Do not bypass, exploit, overload, or interfere with security or access controls; access another person's account or data without authorization; submit credentials you do not control; or use Genesis to facilitate unlawful activity.

Paid access

Payment activates access only after verified settlement.

The price, billing cadence, included access, and plan-specific terms shown in the current checkout or applicable agreement control the purchase. Genesis does not invent a price for a tool that is not mapped to an explicit configured offer.

Card checkout

Card checkout is created for your authenticated Genesis account and hosted by the configured payment provider. Returning to Genesis from checkout does not activate access; Genesis waits for authenticated provider evidence and reconciles it to your account.

Linked-wallet payment

Linking a wallet proves control of a public address but does not authorize payment. A transaction is submitted only after you approve it in your wallet. Genesis independently verifies the transaction against the payment request before activating access.

Blockchain finality

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted. Confirm the network, asset, amount, and destination presented by your wallet before approving a transaction.

Recurring plans

If checkout states that a plan renews automatically, the renewal cadence and amount presented there apply until the subscription is changed or canceled through an available account or support channel. Refund or credit rights, if any, are those presented for the purchase or required by applicable law.

Availability

Some capabilities depend on outside providers, networks, credentials, configured payment methods, or deployed infrastructure. Genesis is designed to show an unavailable dependency rather than fabricate availability.

Intellectual property

Genesis software, product design, documentation, branding, and proprietary materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights and licenses. Paid access grants use of the purchased service; it does not transfer ownership of Genesis technology or source code.

Enterprise agreements

Confidentiality, service levels, custom deployment, data residency, support, fees, warranties, and other negotiated obligations for enterprise or professional engagements are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

Service boundary

Not every outside dependency is always available.

Genesis is provided subject to the availability of its own infrastructure and any outside services or networks on which a selected capability depends. Except where a signed agreement states otherwise, the service is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed to improve security, reliability, compatibility, or product capability.

Changes

The current published terms govern prospective use.

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Material changes should be reflected in the published effective date. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the affected account or paid features and contact Genesis about any remaining subscription or account issue.
